A. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted and reliable logistics providers to ensure timely and secure deliveries for both domestic and international orders.

B. Shipping Time

All Chaulaz Heritage pieces are crafted and shipped upon request.

Domestic & International Orders: Dispatched within 45 days from the date of order confirmation.

Ready-to-Ship Products (if applicable): Dispatched within 7–8 working days after order confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

C. Packaging & Insurance

All orders are packed in our signature Chaulaz Heritage luxury boxes to ensure your jewellery arrives in perfect condition. Every shipment is fully insured until it reaches your doorstep.

D. Shipping Charges

Domestic Shipping: Complimentary on all orders across India.

International Shipping: Charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.
(Custom duties, if applicable, are not included in shipping charges.)

E. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp, SMS, or email to monitor your shipment in real time.

F. Customs & Duties (for International Orders)

All international customers are responsible for any custom duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in their country.
Chaulaz Heritage Jewellery LLP is not liable for delays or charges incurred due to customs procedures.

G. Delivery Attempt Policy

Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us (RTO – Return to Origin). In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply for a second dispatch.
