At Chaulaz Heritage Jewellery LLP, every piece is handcrafted with precision and care. We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with each purchase.

A. Exchange Eligibility

  • We offer exchange only — no monetary refunds.
  • Exchanges are applicable only for unused products in their original packaging, along with the invoice and certificate of authenticity.
  • Customised, engraved, or altered pieces are not eligible for exchange.

B. Exchange Window & Deductions

  • Within 3 days of purchase: Full value exchange allowed.
  • Between 4–7 days: Exchange allowed after GST deduction.
  • After 8 days: Exchange allowed with labour and GST non-refundable.

C. Condition of Product

To qualify for an exchange, the product must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, invoice, and certificates

D. Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos or videos. Once verified, we will offer repair or exchange options accordingly.

E. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customised or made-to-order jewellery
  • Engraved, resized, or altered products
  • Discounted or promotional items
